PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi insists Luis Enrique job is safe despite Champions League woes.
Paris Saint-Germain are due to host Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday, with the French side needing three points to improve their position, having now picked up just four points from four games.
The incident has led French media to believe that Enrique could be sack if PSG are eliminate from the league stage, but the club president has confirm the Spaniard’s future himself.
“We will not change anything,” Al-Khelaifi said when ask about Enrique’s future, which has been link with a Champions League situation.
“I’ve said it before, we have a lot of confidence in our coach, he works very well with Luis Campos (football consultant).
“Will they renew their Register ufabet contract? I’m sure they will.”
Enrique currently has a contract until the middle of next year, but the club has reportedly begun the process of extending his contract.
PSG are the only French team currently outside the top 24 in that competition, which comes with a place in the knockout round.
In early November, they lost their previous Champions League affair at home versus Atlético Madrid (2-1).
Luis Enrique’s men have won five consecutive Ligue 1 fixtures, including a convincing 3-0 triumph over Toulouse FC on Friday, giving them a six-point cushion at the top of the table after 12 matchdays.
